CalGal ("Service", "we", "us") is a nutrition tracking web application operated by Agetinc, accessible at starved.recipes/calgal. These Terms govern your use of the Service.
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; impersonate others; upload unlawful content; or interfere with other users' access.
CalGal provides general nutrition information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
The Service and its content are owned by Agetinc. You retain ownership of any personal data you enter. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

To provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (verification, password reset), and — with your consent — marketing updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Account data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months after deletion (for legal obligations). Session tokens expire after 7 days. Anonymised analytics are retained for 26 months.
Data may be processed outside the EEA (e.g. Cloudflare global CDN). We ensure transfers comply with GDPR Chapter V via Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us to remove such data.
We use one strictly necessary cookie (__cg_s) to maintain your session. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time via Settings → Cookie Preferences.
